Waste Management | Headquarters Relocation

Waste Management, a leader in sustainability and safety for the management of waste, relocated its headquarters into nine floors of a downtown Houston office building. Waveguide provided audiovisual, IT, acoustical and security consulting and design for the 285,000-square-foot project. The headquarters includes more than 210 AV-enabled spaces, including a mix of conference and huddle rooms, a four-way divisible multipurpose room, a showcase area, a film studio, barista bar and boardroom. The project achieved LEED Platinum certification.
