Bank of America | Office Relocation

Since 2019, Waveguide has provided consulting and design services to Bank of America for its offices across the nation.
Bank of America is the anchor tenant in Chicago’s new 56-story tower. BOA occupies 17 floors in the building, constituting 520,000 square feet of new office space to accommodate 2,000 bank employees. Waveguide provided audiovisual and acoustics consulting and design throughout the project, including more than 200 AV-enabled spaces, with specialty floors for the conference center, C-suite offices and a trading floor. The building attained LEED Gold certification.
In addition to BOA’s Chicago office relocation, Waveguide provided full AV consulting and design services for unique spaces in BOA’s New York office in the Grace Pavilion building. These spaces include a multipurpose room and a work café. Waveguide applied BOA’s standards for a handful of typical huddle and meeting rooms, as well. Waveguide is also providing AV operations services in the New York office.
