The Carolinas chapter of CoreNet Global recently awarded Waveguide and Compass Group North America with the 2019 Innovation of the Year award. The “Waveguide Utilization and Wellness Analytics Tool” was developed in a collaborative effort with Compass over just four weeks.
The tool allows Compass to gather its large amounts of disparate building utilization data into easy-to-read reports that detail how associates are moving about and using the building space.
The Innovation of the Year award recognizes a team that displays excellence and innovation in corporate real estate (CRE). The award honors “game changers” in CRE — those individuals and companies whose work, ideas and best practices drive positive results and elevate the practice of corporate real estate. The CRE innovation may be a product, program, service, process initiative, tool, idea, technique, strategy or method.
CoreNet Global is the non-profit association for corporate real estate professionals. It represents executives in 50 countries who manage the real estate assets of large corporations. Its members include half of the Forbes Global 2000.
