This massive $575 million project represents 750,000 square feet of consolidated space to house Norfolk Southern’s executive leadership, finance, IT and sourcing, marketing, law, administration, and a significant portion of the operations divisions. Envisioned as a world-class headquarters with the amenities expected in today’s premier facilities, the complex includes just over 500 AV-enabled spaces, including a network operations center, exhibit video wall, conference and training rooms, break rooms, lobbies, reception, a town hall, operations center, cafés, a fitness area and more. The headquarters is built to LEED version 4 specifications and aims to be one of the first LEED Gold certified office buildings in Georgia.
