Waveguide crafted a technology master plan for AV and videoconference technologies for all of this global law firm’s offices, as well as designed and programmed AV systems for the firm’s Chicago headquarters. The headquarters facility included a corporate conference center for training events, videoconference rooms, audio conference room and a corporate board room. In addition to the conference center floors in the Chicago location, AV-enabled training rooms and work rooms are located on the other 20 floors. Following the technology master planning process and the design and programming of the Chicago office, Waveguide provided AV design and control system programming for all of the firm’s offices, standardizing the firm’s AV technology systems worldwide. Upon opening the Chicago office, the firm outsourced day-to-day AV and videoconference operations to Waveguide’s Firstwave® technology management division.
