Fiserv | Atlanta Office

Fiserv, a leading global provider of information management and e-commerce solutions for the financial services industry, recently consolidated and relocated its Atlanta-area personnel into a single campus in Alpharetta, Georgia. The new campus includes two existing six-story buildings, representing 376,351 rentable square feet. These buildings were completely renovated as part of the project. In addition to the renovated space, Fiserv added a new 9,500-square-foot, three- to four-story grand lobby space, as well as a 6,500-square-foot client briefing center. Construction was completed in the summer of 2015. Waveguide provided audiovisual, acoustics and information technology consulting, as well as software programming for the project.
