When Deckers decided to renovate their corporate headquarters, they took a similar fashion-forward approach to the communications technology of their 187,185-square-foot facility and hired Waveguide for audiovisual, security and control system design services. Waveguide provided audiovisual (AV) control system and audio digital signal processing (DSP) software authoring to enable remote AV management and room scheduling for a variety of spaces including the boardroom and executive conference room, conference rooms of varying sizes, training rooms and a fitness center as well as brand showrooms, a rotunda and reception spaces. The ability to remotely service and control these spaces puts the staff in the best position possible to collaborate, communicate and keep up with the business of building innovative designs and brands. The project achieved LEED-Silver certification.
