This new Times Square office spans 153,000 square feet across five floors, with space to accommodate 800 employees. Waveguide provided audiovisual and information technology design consulting throughout the creative workplace and experience center. Audiovisual solutions were needed in 105 collaboration spaces, three multipurpose rooms, two large assembly areas, and a production video recording facility with an executive green room. Visitors are met with a massive LED video wall that wraps around a 90-degree corner and seamlessly blends with a ceiling-spanning LED video wall. The facility also features “floating” projection screens to maintain the Times Square views, 28 zones of background music, four outdoor terraces, and a three-axis 890-square-foot LED video wall. Every space in this office includes showcase-quality technology, creating a wow factor, as well as a dynamic and functional work environment.
