Columbia Theological Seminary

When the Columbia Theological Seminary expanded, the challenge was adding a modern new classroom facility to a Gothic style historic building which required renovations. The result was the $8.2 million award-winning Vernon S. Broyles Jr. Leadership Center. The 16,000-square-foot addition contains large lecture halls, multiple classrooms, seminar rooms and a media center with the newest audiovisual technologies and ideal acoustical features. In 2013, the project was recognized with a Building Design + Construction 2013 Building Team Award for teamwork and collaboration and achieved Gold LEED status.
