The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is a global management consulting firm with its U.S. West Coast headquarters located on the top two floors of one of Los Angeles’ premier downtown high-rises. The new offices support the firm’s unconventional strategy where consultants work side-by-side with their clients in the client offices. One day per week the consultants typically work out of their local office where they utilize a “hoteling” strategy for assigning office space that aligns with the varying daily needs of the individual – meeting room, private office, open work station, etc. Technology deployed throughout the office is developed with an emphasis on ubiquitous network access, ease of use and consistent functionality.
