Waveguide serves as Boston Consulting Group’s enterprise-wide technology consultant, integrating best-practice planning and execution across many of BCG’s divisions and offices around the world. When BCG relocated its 500-person New York office to the top six floors of the 10 Hudson Yards building, Waveguide provided audiovisual, structured cabling and security consulting for the 194,000-square-foot project. Sophisticated systems were designed for multiple videoconference, training, conference and divisible multipurpose rooms, as well as 125 convertible office/huddle rooms. In addition, Waveguide designed systems for the executive boardroom and offices, client briefing center, dining and café areas, concierge desk and digital signage. Waveguide provided control system programming, including a sleek new graphical user interface. The new GUI has become the standard for all new BCG offices worldwide.
