BlackRock | iHub

BlackRock, which manages nearly $9.5 trillion in assets worldwide, built a new technology and operations office called the iHub. In total, this project spans 120,000 square feet across two floors, with plans to expand to eventually accommodate 1,000 employees. The design concepts were developed to encourage collaboration and generate ideas. Waveguide provided AV consulting and design throughout the iHub, including conference, training and huddle rooms, divisible multi-purpose rooms, executive offices, a boardroom, café, digital signage and other collaboration spaces.
