Archer School for Girls | Media Space | Idea Lab | Dining Hall

The Archer School for Girls recently completed several projects in its existing historic building, which was constructed in 1931. The completed projects include renovation of two floors of instructional space in the building’s north wing to provide 30 state-of-the-art classrooms and specialized spaces for student collaboration and cross-disciplinary projects. A new Innovation Lab was constructed in the basement of the historic building, providing a flexible environment for project-based learning and exploration with an emphasis on digital media and technology. This facility includes a multipurpose lab space, a small media studio and a screening/conference room with associated support spaces. Waveguide provided AV, IT, acoustics and security consulting for the project.
